Professional background

I am the owner of a software incubator and a mentoring company for leading edge technologies trying to break into the UK market. I have run large companies in EMEA, Computer Associates as an example with a $2bn dollar P&L and some 2000 staff and also run and subsequently assisted in teh sale to Novell of Managed Objects, a technology company founded in 2000 as the first BSM vendor. We grew the business to 300 clients, all blue chip names. I am an angel investor to PlayXpert, a leading gaming vendor in the Utah region of the US and have a venture as a CEO of broolz, a social networking collaboration tool. So I have run large companies, grown companies and sold companies. I am well connected into the major UK companies, particularly in Banking, and have a good reach into the VC market. I am an early stage investor who always wants to play a helpful role in the business to help it grow through the important, but often painfull first year. Interests: all software.
