Professional background

My experience is vast as it is diverse. My main focus is Leisure, property development, consulting and investment. I have a passion for designing and building new homes that quite simply just work. In addition to my own developments I have worked on over 500 homes and properties ranging from small flats to castles, churches, zoos and everything in between. I have fantastic experience on commercial, residential, modern and traditional properties. I have traded wholesale gold and owned a jewellers shop. I have traded various derivatives on the stock markets, been part of a team that put together £100m war chest to buy 26 superstores and various companies so that we could consolidate that market. I served my time as a joiner, then trained as a quantity surveyor, I have been self-employed and had small businesses with a few employees and medium businesses with over 170 employees. I have bought, sold and invested in businesses.
